Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to ensure that their manuscript complies with all of the following items, and manuscripts may be returned if they do not meet these guidelines:
1. The manuscript has not been previously published, and is not under review at another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The manuscript file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document format.
3. Where available, URLs for references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses 12-point font; is italicized rather than underlined (except in URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed in the text at appropriate locations, not at the end of the document.
5. The text follows the style and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which can be found in the About the Journal section.
6. If submitted to a peer-reviewed section, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
Author Guidelines
Manuscript Preparation
Authors should carefully prepare manuscripts according to the following instructions:
1. All manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th edition (American Psychological Association [APA], 2010).
2. Manuscripts should be as concise as possible, yet sufficiently detailed to permit adequate communication and critical review.
3. Consult the APA Publication Manual for specific guidelines regarding manuscript format, abstracts, citations and references, tables, and figures, and other editorial style matters.
4. Tables and figures should be used only when absolutely necessary.
Manuscript Types
Manuscript types that may be submitted include:
1. Research Article.
2. Review articles/in-depth book reviews/review reports/literature reviews/conceptual papers.
All manuscripts should inform and contribute to the field of counseling and education in a variety of contexts.
Manuscript Submission
Before submitting a manuscript, please be sure to read and follow the following information:
1. The manuscript is the author's original work (not plagiarized) and has not been published in other journals.
2. Articles are written in Indonesian and English. Title, abstract, and keywords must be written in English.
3. The manuscript file must be in digital format, it is recommended to use Microsoft Office software (2010 or later) with a document extension (.rtf, .doc, or .docx). Printed manuscripts are not accepted.
4. Document format: A4 paper type, left, right, top, and bottom margins of 2.54 cm each; header 0.75 cm and footer 1.02 cm; body text using one column, single spacing (before = 0, after = 6); black font, and use only one space after punctuation.

Citation and Reference Management
It is recommended to use software such as MENDELEY, ZOTERO, or ENDNOTE. References should come from recent literature (the last 5-10 years), with a maximum of 25% of references older than 10 years.
Page Length Limit
The submitted manuscript should be no more than 6,000 words (maximum 12 pages and minimum 4 pages), including references, tables, and figures (excluding appendices).
Permission to Use
Long quotations (more than 400 words from a single source) require written permission from the copyright holder. Authors are responsible for obtaining such permission and submitting it to the editor after the article is accepted for publication.
Copyright
The International Journal Collaboration Counseling and Education (IJCCE) applies a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Authors retain copyright in their articles, but grant the journal permission to publish and distribute them with appropriate citation conditions.
