Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to the International Journal Collaboration Counseling and Education (IJCCE) must follow the Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines of this journal. Submitted manuscripts must meet scientific standards or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope of this journal.

All manuscripts must be written in good English. Non-native English speaking authors are advised to check the grammar and clarity of their manuscripts before submission. It is advisable to use the services of a grammar checker by a native English speaker so that the manuscript can be judged purely on academic quality during the peer review process. Submitted work must not have been published or is being submitted for publication elsewhere.

All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Authors are advised to use plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or iThenticate to check for similarity of content. The editor will also check the similarity of the manuscript using Turnitin software.

Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers from the Peer-Reviewers Team. Reviewers provide valuable scientific comments to improve the content of the manuscript. In some cases (if necessary), a third reviewer may be involved to provide critical comments. The review process in this journal uses a blind review system.

The final decision on manuscript acceptance is entirely determined by the Editor in Chief (with the Editorial Board if necessary for consideration), based on the critical comments of the reviewers. The final decision on the manuscript is based on the final review of the Editor and the Editorial Board which considers the reviewer's comments (but does not rely entirely on the reviewers).

Publication of received articles, including allocation of articles to the published edition, will be made by the Editor in Chief by considering the order of receipt, geographical distribution of authors, and theme of the edition.
